Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable performing manual calculations.
  • Comfortable handling multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Hardwired internet access with minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds.
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company app communications.
  • Quiet, distraction-free, and secure home office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle maintenance, collection and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Review customer contracts including voluntary surrender, payment breakdowns, and total loss processes.
  • Advise customers on account status and title information.
  • Assist customers with optional products, payment extensions, and deferrals.
  • Process payments and communicate account status clearly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Analyze accounts to recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
