- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with computers, multiple applications, and digital systems simultaneously.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding pharmacy benefit programs, prescription services, and mail-order pharmacy support.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions while navigating multiple applications and systems to provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns through effective problem-solving, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Deliver consistent, compassionate customer service while meeting or exceeding established call center performance standards.
- Build trust with customers by demonstrating patience, empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to helping resolve their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to address issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Participate fully in required training programs and maintain reliable attendance and availability.
