Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of patient recruitment experience in clinical research.
- Strong understanding of psychiatric and neurological terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, empathetic phone presence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working toward daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet and distraction-free home office.
- Experience recruiting for CNS clinical trials strongly preferred.
- Experience with CTMS, CRMs, or patient recruitment platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP principles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 60+ outbound and inbound phone calls per day with prospective study participants.
- Perform detailed prescreening interviews using approved study criteria.
- Respond promptly to web inquiries, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
- Educate potential participants on clinical research and study expectations.
- Schedule 8–10 qualified participants for screening visits with the research site per week.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within the site's recruitment systems and CTMS/CRM.
- Ensure all patient communications comply with sponsor, IRB, HIPAA, and site requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Research Coordinators and site staff regarding scheduling and participant status.
