Requirements
- 1-3 years of Product Management experience in the tech or Web3 industry.
- High proficiency in Figma with an excellent sense of interaction design.
- Ability to independently deliver complete prototypes and communicate design intentions.
- Familiarity with basic API calls and JSON structures.
- Experience with B2B asset management platforms, wallet applications, or complex backend systems.
- Strong project management skills, including managing cross-team dependencies and parallel tracks.
- Solid technical intuition and comfort reading technical documentation.
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM fields (nice-to-have).
- Deep understanding of PoS staking economics, governance, and node delegation (nice-to-have).
- Experience with multi-chain wallet integrations or Smart Contract/DApp interaction (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Staking product lifecycle and translate complex PoS consensus mechanisms into intuitive B2B workflows.
- Ensure all yield-generating actions and edge cases comply with MPC multi-signature approval architecture.
- Act as the driver for cross-functional teams, including R&D, frontend developers, and QA, to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Track daily Agile sprints, resolve integration blockers, and manage project pipelines.
- Manage integration pipelines for high-value blockchains and design smart contract ABI parsers for institutional clients.
- Gather requirements and deliver rigorous PRDs, interactive UI/UX prototypes, and state-flow diagrams.
