Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large-scale clients.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Compute (PaaS & Containers), Data Stores, Messaging & Events, and API Design.
- Expertise in Integration, AI & Search, DevOps/Platform Engineering, and Identity & Access management.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core/C# and front-end development (Angular, React, or Blazor).
- Experience with Mobile development (Flutter or React Native) and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and source control management.
- Ability to architect and establish standards for complex technical ecosystems.
- Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale software projects.
- 3+ Microsoft Azure Application Development, DevOps, or AI/ML certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, or AZ-102 recommended).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals, roadmaps, and technical solution strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive and sponsor-level client stakeholders.
- Lead complex technical requirements elicitation, architectural design, and scoping sessions.
- Decompose large-scale user stories into tasks and manage effort estimation.
- Provide effective project leadership across multi-workstream, global project teams.
- Identify technical risks, articulate solutions, and manage proactive project ownership.
- Delegate tasks and mentor team members on best practices and technical implementations.
