Requirements
- 5-7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong frontend development skills (React, Next.js).
- Experience with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, EventBridge).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi).
- Proven ability to translate business ideas into technical execution.
- Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.
- Ability to align technical work with product and delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features.
- Develop modern, responsive UIs.
- Build APIs and services on AWS serverless architecture.
- Define infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Lead a small squad through rapid experimentation.
- Own delivery and remove technical blockers.
- Manage technical debt proactively using feature flags.
