Requirements
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience or 5+ years of related customer service experience.
- Required active insurance licensing.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage practices and client needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing day-to-day activities of team support staff and account assistants.
- Handle policy processing tasks including endorsements, audits, cancellations, invoices, and certificates.
- Identify and reconcile billing inaccuracies and prepare insurance proposals and submissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within agency systems.
- Monitor activities to ensure the timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
- Keep the account team informed of workload status and provide proactive customer service.
