Requirements
- Expertise in Kubernetes (CKA/CKS level) or OpenShift (OCP) with certifications above EX180.
- Deep Linux knowledge with LPIC 1 (LPI-304/305/DevOps Tools Engineer) or RHCE certification.
- Foundational knowledge in Terraform and Ansible.
- Project experience and advanced knowledge in at least one cloud stack: AWS, GKE, MS Azure, or OpenStack (OSP).
- Professional proficiency in German and English (C1/C2 level) in speaking and writing.
- Consulting mindset with experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in moderation and de-escalation methods.
- Proven ability to act as a professional consultant with a confident demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Contribute expert recommendations for design and architectural decisions.
- Build and integrate platforms, pipelines, and other technical components.
- Explain and impart best practices through didactics.
- Conduct efficient debugging and share findings with the team.
- Compile documentation, Git repositories, and resources to answer complex inquiries.
- Deliver professional technical training sessions.
- Consult and mediate interactions with third-party vendors and manufacturer support.
