Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Portfolio showcasing commercial and residential projects (PDF format required).
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, D5 (or equivalent rendering software).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Understanding of space planning.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative design proposals, mood boards, and concept presentations.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations using SketchUp and rendering softwares like enscape, D5 or equivalent.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, detailed plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Create layout plans, material specifications, and design packages for both commercial and residential projects.
- Coordinate design intent with internal teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
- Revise and refine designs based on team or client feedback.
- Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage workload independently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
