Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in account management.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports.
- 4+ years of proven track record hitting retention, upsell, and churn KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, inbound marketing, and web strategy.
- Systems-first mindset with demonstrated experience in SOP and KPI development.
- Ability to manage performance, coach direct reports, and drive team culture.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Traction EOS or Rockefeller Habits is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own client retention, churn strategy, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth, including upsell and cross-sell targets per Account Manager.
- Ensure campaign ROI, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Marketing Customer Acquisition Cost (MCAC) remain within target.
- Provide daily coaching and professional development for a team of Account Managers.
- Develop and manage departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and operational cadences.
- Act as the final escalation point for client issues and drive root-cause resolution.
