Requirements
- Strong foundation via technical degree, relevant training, or professional experience in IT.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development or IT administration.
- Proven expertise in DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitLab, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Bash, Java, or Go.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automated, script-based solutions.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) for internal team communication.
- Experience with Public Cloud (AWS or Google Cloud) is considered a plus.
- Interest in agentic software development and AI-based programming (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key link between development teams and IT operations to ensure stable, reliable software roll-outs.
- Manage, automate, and optimize build, test, and deployment processes across the entire lifecycle.
- Develop and scale container platforms while creating self-service components for development teams.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code with clear, transparent documentation.
- Automate recurring operational tasks to reduce manual routine work.
