Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of cradle-to-grave federal contracting experience.
- Current or previous FAC-C certification or civilian equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Experience drafting solicitation documents and managing source selections.
- Experience with contract administration functions.
- Ability to obtain a Background Investigation clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent procurement actions.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-award acquisition functions such as gathering data, conducting market research, and providing regulatory advice.
- Develop and edit solicitation documents including RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and determinations and findings.
- Prepare and publish notices on platforms like Beta.sam.gov and GSA eBuy.
- Support Small Business Administration 8(a) procurements and manage data in the SBCX system.
- Facilitate communications with vendors and government-wide acquisition contract vehicles.
- Assist with technical/past performance evaluations, price/cost analyses, and negotiation preparation.
- Prepare award documentation and complete procurement data reports in FPDS.
- Manage post-award activities including contract modifications, option exercises, and de-obligations.
- Maintain procurement files and meet reporting deadlines.
