Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced product environment.
- Proven experience managing delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches).
- Experience coordinating complex product launches involving multiple business departments.
- Ability to identify delivery risks early and proactively manage dependencies.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Experience leading third-party integrations and coordinating external vendors.
- Strong analytical thinking and process improvement mindset.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Casino, Design, Content, Support, Risk, and other business teams.
- Ensure product initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining transparency across all stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and prevent delivery gaps between departments.
- Own and continuously improve the company's delivery framework, workflows, and planning processes.
- Facilitate launch planning, delivery kick-offs, and cross-team synchronization.
- Maintain delivery roadmaps and risk registers, identifying and mitigating execution risks proactively.
- Analyze delivery bottlenecks and facilitate retrospectives to implement measurable process improvements.
- Coordinate delivery for brand launches, GEO expansions, and third-party integrations.
