- Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
- Experience in organizational leadership, including influencing teams and executive leads
- Strong track record of problem solving and a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to see the bigger picture
- Experience working with global teams
- Highly culturally aware
- Well versed in User Research and facilitating workshops
- Empathetic and collaborative relationship builder with senior stakeholders
- Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients to build and design digital strategy and lead teams to execute.
- Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members across global delivery centers.
- Manage project progress and resource use with engineering leads, including corrective action.
- Prioritize and plan release content and timelines.
- Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
- Make prioritization trade-offs within the confines of product goals.
- Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
- Measure and improve business and customer value, develop KPIs, and monitor progress.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.
