Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, design strategy, consulting, or startup leadership.
- 2+ years of experience leading product or design work through management, functional leadership, or practice-building.
- Hands-on experience designing, validating, or shipping AI-enabled products or AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong consulting acumen with experience facilitating workshops and building credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, including contributing to proposals, SOWs, and work estimation.
- Ability to partner with engineering and design teams on technical feasibility, architecture, and data conversations.
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder input into clear, defensible recommendations and product roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills including synthesis briefs, PRDs, and executive presentations.
- Comfort building lightweight business cases and articulating value using outcome-oriented metrics.
- Proficiency using AI applications to improve research, prototyping, and documentation workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships as a senior thought partner.
- Lead discovery on client engagements, including workflow analysis, opportunity framing, and AI use-case mapping.
- Facilitate executive workshops to align teams on priorities and product direction.
- Maintain product ownership through build, supporting sprint planning and implementation.
- Partner with design, software, and AI engineering teams to validate feasibility and architecture.
- Support pre-sales efforts, including proposal development, work estimation, and account growth.
- Establish standards, methods, and AI-enabled workflows for Able's product and design practice.
- Coach and provide quality oversight for the product management and design teams.
