Requirements
- Multiple year track record of excellence leading the development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models.
- Experience developing and shipping deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures to production.
- Extensive experience writing production Python code.
- Strong command of SQL.
- Willingness to learn Go lang.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business impact from ML solutions.
- Product mindset with a focus on customer outcomes and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience working in teams dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and scope impactful opportunities to tackle Financial Crime and Fraud using Machine Learning.
- Lead the design and development of advanced real-time Machine Learning models.
- Provide technical leadership to drive expertise and best practices across the Machine Learning discipline.
- Mentor and support the growth of other team members.
- Work closely with the MLOps team to steer tools for model iteration and lifecycle optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers in a cross-functional squad.
