Requirements

  • Multiple year track record of excellence leading the development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models.
  • Experience developing and shipping deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures to production.
  • Extensive experience writing production Python code.
  • Strong command of SQL.
  • Willingness to learn Go lang.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business impact from ML solutions.
  • Product mindset with a focus on customer outcomes and data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience working in teams dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and scope impactful opportunities to tackle Financial Crime and Fraud using Machine Learning.
  • Lead the design and development of advanced real-time Machine Learning models.
  • Provide technical leadership to drive expertise and best practices across the Machine Learning discipline.
  • Mentor and support the growth of other team members.
  • Work closely with the MLOps team to steer tools for model iteration and lifecycle optimization.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers in a cross-functional squad.
