- Highly skilled in translating technical concepts into strategic business value.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success.
- Manage strategic projects for existing clients, such as product expansions, re-integrations, and custom initiatives.
- Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients' technical setups, business needs, and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term.
- Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design.
- Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact, collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences.
- Oversee cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and QA to deliver on-time and within scope.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new product launches.
