Job Details

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
7+ years of professional work experience.
5+ years of project management experience specifically for new customer implementations in a SaaS software product.
2+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams of 3-5 people.
Experience running mid-to-long-term projects (3 months or longer) for diverse customer sizes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently.
Positive, team-player attitude.
Must be flexible with scheduling to work with customers in different time zones.
Ability to travel up to 15% (approximately 4 times a year) for in-person meetings.

Manage a pod of Implementation specialists by conducting team meetings, performance coaching, and acting as a point of escalation.
Oversee the execution of pod projects, including enterprise-level and strategic partnership projects, and report on performance metrics.
Act as a player-coach by managing team operations and contributing to project tasks to meet success metrics.
Handle pod planning, including workload distribution, leave coverage, and facilitating team-building exercises.
Establish high-quality work standards and lead by example.
Partner with leadership to develop and launch strategies for scaling implementation processes regarding timelines, configuration, and training.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as the product team, to represent the implementation team in company-wide initiatives.
