Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in consulting or cross-functional product teams.
- Deep expertise building consumer-facing native mobile and web applications.
- Strong command of native languages and core frameworks for mobile/web development.
- Demonstrated ability to architect, build, and scale modern software across platforms.
- Extensive experience designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in API design, development, and documentation/specification.
- Scripting expertise using languages such as Unix shell, Ruby, or Perl.
- Understanding of computer networking, including VPNs, SSH, and Wi-Fi setup and maintenance.
- Ability to identify security risks and implement robust security practices.
- Proven experience communicating technical concepts and architectural decisions to clients.
- Strong problem-solving, discipline, and organizational skills.
- Submission of work samples showcasing clean, performant code and user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures tailored to client needs.
- Implement solutions hands-on and enhance performance through expert API design and integration.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and establish technical standards.
- Engage in technical spikes to explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies.
- Maintain strong client relationships by presenting technical solutions and managing expectations.
- Design, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines and complex deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize project disruption.
