Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
- Exceptional familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
- Deep experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, and social media management tools
- Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
- Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
- Brainstorm and create/design outstanding content (images, videos/reels, written) for posting
- Create and implement a content calendar including giveaways, campaigns, and collaborations
- Track and measure key social media KPIs (impressions, follower growth, engagement, CTR, etc.) and provide regular reports
- Optimize social media campaigns using A/B testing and analytics insights
- Provide community management by engaging with and responding to comments and questions
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity
- Perform ad hoc administrative and business operations tasks
