Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
  • Exceptional familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
  • Deep experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, and social media management tools
  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Brainstorm and create/design outstanding content (images, videos/reels, written) for posting
  • Create and implement a content calendar including giveaways, campaigns, and collaborations
  • Track and measure key social media KPIs (impressions, follower growth, engagement, CTR, etc.) and provide regular reports
  • Optimize social media campaigns using A/B testing and analytics insights
  • Provide community management by engaging with and responding to comments and questions
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and business operations tasks
