Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience in SaaS and B2B sales.
  • Specific experience within Fintech or Fintech adjacent areas.
  • Established history of prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Creative approach to sales and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies in collaboration with leadership focused on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the face of the company to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Consult with prospective clients to identify needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product research to identify new markets and emerging customer requirements.
  • Research prospect companies and plan sales discussions.
  • Present compelling sales proposals to potential customers.
  • Maintain sales activity to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade association meetings.
