Requirements
- 6+ years of professional motion design or animation experience.
- Proven art direction experience or a background in film/production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience managing or mentoring other designers.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and product-led narrative work.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for shoots and productions.
- 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Concept and create motion, animation, and video content for product marketing, campaigns, and social media.
- Own the craft end-to-end including storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final motion polish.
- Art direct broader creative executions, including directing film shoots and guiding visual design team output.
- Coach and mentor other designers, providing feedback to improve their work and professional growth.
- Partner with product marketing, brand, and product teams to translate feature stories into compelling visuals.
- Evaluate and manage outside partners, including production agencies and freelancers for large campaigns.
