Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles.
- Direct experience working with operational stakeholders, partners, and external suppliers.
- Ability to turn complex needs into structured, testable documentation.
- Experience with API integration concepts, data flows, and system permissions.
- Proficiency in creating process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience investigating software platforms to identify practical limitations and risks.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with an analytical and detail-focused approach.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping, workflow automation, or modern product discovery tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and external partners to understand operational needs.
- Map workflows, data flows, system handovers, and dependencies.
- Identify automation opportunities and address operational inefficiencies.
- Engage with platform partners to assess technical requirements, APIs, and limitations.
- Translate findings into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and refine requirements.
- Conduct product and workflow testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
