Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry.
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts: requirements definition, translating to technical solutions, and Agile work prioritization.
- Strong skills in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and UAT.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Health Insurance-related domain certification (INS, LOMA, or III) is an advantage.
- Technical writing skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
- Gather and document complex business requirements and processes through interviews and workshops.
- Create test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance.
- Provide time estimates for project-related tasks and update procedural documentation.
