Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (tech, consulting, investment banking, or data-heavy environments).
- Strong SQL expertise with proven ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments such as A/B tests and multivariate testing.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to product, marketing, or growth analytics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and define key metrics for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Develop and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards and visualization tools.
- Apply statistical techniques and predictive models to solve product challenges.
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate insights.
- Own analytics initiatives across the product lifecycle from requirements to impact evaluation.
