Requirements
- Doctorate, Master’s with relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with significant experience in data science, analytics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or business analytics.
- Strong experience in data science, business analytics, data mining, applied mathematics, or statistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience using data libraries, AI/ML tools, and modern analytical technologies.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, mathematical analysis, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Experience processing, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of complex data from multiple sources.
- Experience automating data workflows, developing reporting layers, and building scalable analytical solutions.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or Alteryx.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a newly established, innovation-focused environment.
- Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain analytical capabilities that evaluate financial and non-financial performance across the enterprise.
- Develop data-driven solutions to identify transformation opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Build and enhance platforms that connect workforce, financial, and operational data.
- Create and maintain financial and operational baselines to evaluate initiatives and risks.
- Develop management reporting capabilities through data mining, analysis, and automated workflows.
- Analyze complex datasets to provide recommendations to senior leaders.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects from discovery through execution.
- Develop business cases, value capture models, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage analytical tools, data models, and dashboards for scalable insights.
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to define data requirements.
