Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, technical project management, sales engineering, technical account management, or developer relations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST integrations, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and modern web applications.
- Experience developing technical solutions, scoping implementation projects, and delivering complex customer engagements.
- Programming experience with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional, remote teams.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies (asset).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations from project kickoff through successful deployment.
- Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements, translating them into scalable platform configurations.
- Scope custom technical projects, develop implementation plans, and coordinate delivery with technical teams.
- Design and support integrations using APIs, REST services, flat files, and third-party applications.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, including troubleshooting complex issues.
- Define platform architecture, deliver audits, and recommend best practices to optimize customer deployments.
- Develop reusable tools, documentation, and processes to improve implementation quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service offerings and support integration opportunities.
- Present technical solutions and platform capabilities to customers, prospects, and technology partners.
