Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, technical project management, sales engineering, technical account management, or developer relations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST integrations, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and modern web applications.
  • Experience developing technical solutions, scoping implementation projects, and delivering complex customer engagements.
  • Programming experience with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional, remote teams.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies (asset).

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementations from project kickoff through successful deployment.
  • Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements, translating them into scalable platform configurations.
  • Scope custom technical projects, develop implementation plans, and coordinate delivery with technical teams.
  • Design and support integrations using APIs, REST services, flat files, and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, including troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Define platform architecture, deliver audits, and recommend best practices to optimize customer deployments.
  • Develop reusable tools, documentation, and processes to improve implementation quality.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service offerings and support integration opportunities.
  • Present technical solutions and platform capabilities to customers, prospects, and technology partners.
