Requirements
- Experience planning, organizing, and managing technology projects from conception through delivery.
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project updates in a concise and structured way.
- Strong collaboration skills working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse engineering squad by providing direction, support, mentorship, and continuous feedback.
- Plan, organize, and distribute tasks and responsibilities while ensuring priorities and deadlines are understood.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines.
- Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to manage requirements and feedback.
- Facilitate team meetings to align activities, address blockers, and maintain collaboration.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges impacting project delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and processes.
