Requirements
- Real familiarity with LLMs, including model differences, providers, and use cases.
- Experience with agent construction tools such as n8n, LangFlow, or LangChain.
- Ability to navigate between technical, design, and business domains.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in dashboards and quantitative/qualitative discovery.
- Experience in developer experience (DX) products.
- Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management in complex contexts.
- Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Portuguese for team communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the user by conducting interviews, interpreting usage data, and ensuring product decisions meet developer and administrator needs.
- Build and maintain a roadmap aligned with area strategy, product learnings, and discovery evidence.
- Navigate discussions between engineering, design, and business stakeholders to keep teams aligned.
- Translate complex technical solutions into business and user value.
- Prioritize features using observability metrics, qualitative feedback, usage behavior, and discovery evidence.
- Lead teams by negotiating scope and expectations with stakeholders with clarity and autonomy.
- Monitor the AI market, including new models and agentic frameworks, to inform roadmap decisions.
