Requirements

  • Proven experience managing B2B marketplace, e-commerce, or merchant-side products.
  • Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the challenges businesses face when adopting digital platforms.
  • Experience building products focused on merchant workflows, catalog management, inventory systems, onboarding, or seller tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Experience designing self-service experiences that reduce manual support requirements.
  • Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and product architecture discussions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical complexity into clear user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, experimentation, dashboards, and user behavior insights to guide product decisions.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the marketplace supply-side product strategy, from merchant acquisition and onboarding to daily operations and long-term engagement.
  • Improve self-service onboarding experiences by identifying funnel challenges, reducing friction, and creating intuitive workflows that enable merchants to activate independently.
  • Increase catalog growth by optimizing product ingestion processes, bulk upload capabilities, data quality workflows, and merchant-facing tools.
  • Develop solutions that accelerate merchant success, including automated growth loops, dashboards, product recommendations, and retention-focused experiences.
  • Reduce operational complexity by identifying recurring issues and transforming them into scalable product features, automation, and self-service solutions.
  • Partner with engineering teams on technical integrations, APIs, data pipelines, connector systems, and complex product architectures.
  • Build and analyze product metrics, user journey dashboards, and cohort insights to prioritize roadmap decisions based on data.
  • Align cross-functional teams including sales, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders around shared marketplace objectives.
  • Act as a strong product owner who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and operational problem-solving.
