Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or platform companies with a strong track record of building and scaling products.
- Solid background in Marketing or AdTech/MarTech, including hands-on experience with ad platforms, funnels, and performance metrics (ROI/ROAS).
- Experience building AI-first or AI-native products, with a strong builder mindset.
- Ability to define and drive product vision in complex, data-intensive environments.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, growth loops, and data-driven product development.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, with ability to operate in a global environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
- Experience in AdTech, conversational marketing, or advanced marketing automation platforms (plus).
- Familiarity with structured marketing budget optimization and attribution systems (plus).
- Knowledge of conversational ecosystems or the Blip-style product space (plus).
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for an AI-powered marketing and demand generation platform, ensuring alignment with business growth and customer outcomes.
- Lead the development of solutions that integrate advertising ecosystems (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) with campaign optimization and performance analytics.
- Translate complex marketing and growth challenges into scalable, conversational, and AI-driven product capabilities.
- Design and run AI-native experiments to validate hypotheses, prototype solutions, and accelerate product discovery and delivery.
- Own the optimization of marketing performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, conversion funnels, and campaign efficiency through data-driven product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure AI capabilities are effectively leveraged to improve scalability, automation, and efficiency across marketing operations.
- Influence technical and product direction with strong conviction, grounded in deep understanding of user needs and business context.
