Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, activation workflows, and system integrations.
- Experience supporting Adobe-based experimentation, pilots, proofs of concept, or phased rollouts.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting solution patterns, technical guidance, or implementation playbooks.
- Familiarity with B2B or account-based marketing use cases.
- Knowledge of related solutions such as Marketo, Target, or Workfront.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of AEP including data ingestion, schemas, identity management, governance, and activation.
- Apply expertise across Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Translate platform features into practical solution patterns and technical guidance.
- Support configuration activities, pilots, proofs of concept, and test-and-learn initiatives.
- Review product documentation, release updates, and technology roadmaps.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and feasibility considerations.
- Contribute platform expertise to backlog refinement and solution discussions.
- Communicate complex concepts to both technical and marketing stakeholders.
