Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer or Salesforce Certified Platform Strategy Designer certification.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience designing digital products within Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and measurable business impact.
  • Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
  • Design user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Apply Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and components to create consistent and efficient user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective design solutions.
  • Conduct usability research, validate assumptions, gather user feedback, and iterate designs based on insights.
  • Create user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
  • Ensure design decisions align with Salesforce platform capabilities, technical constraints, accessibility standards, and strategic goals.
  • Support the continuous improvement of product design processes, workflows, and usability practices.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and advocate for user needs throughout product development cycles.
