Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience managing social media programs.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for B2B organizations or technical audiences.
  • Proven experience building and executing social media content calendars.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable solutions to create, adapt, and scale content.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills, including the ability to develop repeatable, brand-aligned AI workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate, edit, and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and effectiveness.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to brand voice.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear and engaging social content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create social media content for review and approval across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, and Instagram.
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social.
  • Repurpose existing materials, including blog content, webinars, research, events, and thought leadership into engaging platform-specific posts.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Build and refine AI prompt libraries and repeatable workflows that improve content production efficiency.
  • Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure alignment with messaging, tone, and audience expectations.
  • Monitor social channels, engagement activity, comments, and relevant conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content ideas, assets, and subject matter expertise.
  • Ensure social content follows platform best practices and supports broader communication objectives.
