Requirements
- 4+ years of social media or content experience with a significant focus on TikTok.
- Demonstrated ability to grow a TikTok account and drive business outcomes via TikTok Shop.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and creator ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with mobile video shooting and editing using tools like CapCut or Adobe.
- Experience creating content for public figures, founders, or talent.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice for brand and personal channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage production schedules.
- Professionalism in working with senior stakeholders and talent.
- Must provide a portfolio featuring personally created TikTok content.
- Must be comfortable on-screen and directing talent in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a platform-native TikTok content strategy focused on Gen-Z and millennial parents.
- Build and manage TikTok Shop presence to drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases.
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-performing TikTok content independently.
- Partner directly with co-founders to develop and produce authentic, brand-aligned personal content.
- Track and report on TikTok KPIs including engagement, follower growth, and TikTok Shop GMV.
- Identify and manage external vendors, agencies, and influencers for content production.
- Present performance metrics and insights in quarterly business reviews.
