Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product experience, with 5+ years in a Product or Customer Experience role.
- 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong data fluency with experience using Amplitude or similar analytics tools.
- Experience defining and executing A/B tests and experimentation programs.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Exposure to applying AI/machine learning to commerce use cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to complex initiatives, resolving ambiguous cross-functional challenges.
- Lead user and market research to inform and validate product strategy through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
- Define experience architecture and desired outcomes, aligning product roadmaps with commercial goals.
- Drive conversion optimization across the funnel, including search relevance and checkout friction.
- Translate behavioral data and A/B test results into actionable product roadmap decisions.
- Partner with engineering on platform direction, including headless architecture and API development.
- Apply AI and machine learning opportunities like dynamic pricing and recommendations to commerce use cases.
- Oversee the product backlog, user stories, and scrum ceremonies within JIRA and Confluence.
- Establish KPIs and perform post-launch analysis to evaluate success and identify new opportunities.
- Mentor junior product managers and communicate complex insights to senior leadership.
