Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product experience, with 5+ years in a Product or Customer Experience role.
  • 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong data fluency with experience using Amplitude or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience defining and executing A/B tests and experimentation programs.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to applying AI/machine learning to commerce use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic vision and leadership to complex initiatives, resolving ambiguous cross-functional challenges.
  • Lead user and market research to inform and validate product strategy through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
  • Define experience architecture and desired outcomes, aligning product roadmaps with commercial goals.
  • Drive conversion optimization across the funnel, including search relevance and checkout friction.
  • Translate behavioral data and A/B test results into actionable product roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with engineering on platform direction, including headless architecture and API development.
  • Apply AI and machine learning opportunities like dynamic pricing and recommendations to commerce use cases.
  • Oversee the product backlog, user stories, and scrum ceremonies within JIRA and Confluence.
  • Establish KPIs and perform post-launch analysis to evaluate success and identify new opportunities.
  • Mentor junior product managers and communicate complex insights to senior leadership.
