Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships or equivalent.
  • 4-year degree.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive revenue and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities for managing multiple tasks in real time.
  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the legal industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of customer relationships and account strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor while cultivating connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer retention and subscription renewal process.
  • Conduct quarterly customer business reviews.
  • Oversee the customer issue escalation process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer references, testimonials, and events.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, meeting history, and account plans within the CRM.
  • Develop and execute mitigation plans for customer attrition and risk.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer interaction events.
