Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships or equivalent.
- 4-year degree.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive revenue and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
- Strong multitasking capabilities for managing multiple tasks in real time.
- Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in the legal industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of customer relationships and account strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor while cultivating connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end customer retention and subscription renewal process.
- Conduct quarterly customer business reviews.
- Oversee the customer issue escalation process.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer references, testimonials, and events.
- Maintain accurate customer data, meeting history, and account plans within the CRM.
- Develop and execute mitigation plans for customer attrition and risk.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer interaction events.
