Requirements
- 5–10 years of software development experience.
- Experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead.
- Solid experience with the software development life cycle.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
- Strong background in Java (SDK 1.5+), Spring Framework (3.x+), and SQL.
- Experience with Java Web Applications (Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JSTL).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web service platforms.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Software Design.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead teams by example.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers.
- Champion an AI-first culture to drive innovation and adoption of AI capabilities.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies.
- Own technical design and architecture decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality releases through strong process management and technical oversight.
- Partner with product managers to align development with user needs and business priorities.
- Lead Operational Excellence efforts to support customer needs and patient outcomes.
