Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology related field.
- 2+ years of professional IT experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in industry standards and best practices for data governance and management theories and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in translating technical information and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and documentation of IT governance processes, including preparing meeting materials and tracking action items for governance boards.
- Compile compliance records, update roadmaps, and coordinate communications across teams.
- Refine policies, procedures, and governance documentation to support organizational transparency.
- Support the transformation and ongoing operations of IT governance.
- Collaborate with the IT Governance Team to refine IT Governance Board (ITGB) strategy, processes, and activities.
- Update and integrate CR processes and procedures with broader IT governance.
- Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implement automation.
- Refresh DMCC processes in conjunction with new IT governance.
- Serve as a bridge between the technical IT team and leadership to ensure secure and efficient technology use.
