Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital growth.
  • 2+ years of professional team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of pipeline growth and managing €2M+ budgets.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and SEO/GEO.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude or LLM-based tooling).
  • Experience designing or shipping systems that automate marketing processes end-to-end.
  • Strong editorial judgment and understanding of digital design principles.
  • Analytical mindset with enterprise sales awareness.
  • Experience in 20M–100M ARR SaaS (preferred).
  • Exposure to international SaaS markets (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own paid, organic, website, and conversion channels to deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Translate growth targets into clear priorities and strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Manage a €2M+ paid acquisition budget aligned with revenue goals.
  • Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent-based content clusters to improve authority.
  • Develop revenue-focused content aligned to the buyer journey and enterprise sales needs.
  • Lead and mentor paid, content, web, and design teams while establishing experimentation frameworks.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Revenue, and Leadership teams to achieve KPIs.
