Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Operations, Revenue Operations, Legal Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and managing customer commercial agreements end to end.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing people, processes, or cross-functional programs.
  • Ability to design and document repeatable processes to improve cycle time and consistency.
  • Strong commercial and contractual judgment, capable of operating without an in-house legal team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CLM tooling preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and security standards such as ISO 27001 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer-facing contracting end to end including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, order forms, and redlines.
  • Manage the contract management platform, templates, clause library, and negotiation playbooks.
  • Oversee renewal management to protect at-risk bookings.
  • Operate the commercial review gate on non-standard terms and manage outside counsel.
  • Partner with Sales to structure deals and apply consistent pricing and discount guidance.
  • Design, document, and scale repeatable processes and deal desk approval frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams.
  • Report on contracting throughput, cycle times, renewal exposure, and pricing trends.
