Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Investigations, or related fields supporting multi-site operations.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience conducting complex investigations involving theft, fraud, workplace misconduct, and physical security incidents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple investigations, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to operate successfully in environments with limited tools, resources, or established processes.
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, ThinkLP, and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel overnight 20% to 50% of the time.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex investigations involving theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, and workplace misconduct.
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Finance, and law enforcement agencies to drive corrective actions and case resolutions.
- Assess shrink trends, physical security vulnerabilities, and operational deficiencies to mitigate financial loss.
- Analyze investigative data and exception reporting to identify emerging risk patterns.
- Design and implement targeted initiatives across all business units to minimize internal and external theft.
- Manage the implementation and operational oversight of physical security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Develop and deliver training programs on theft prevention, operational compliance, and safety standards.
