Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the utility industry.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance coordination.
- Experience with asset inventory and facilities support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large amounts of data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for presentations.
- Ability to travel to project sites 50-65% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate asset inventories using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or EAM systems.
- Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Conduct physical audits and condition assessments at project sites.
- Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with maintenance, finance, and operations teams to align asset strategies.
- Prepare reports on asset health, risk, and replacement forecasting.
- Support capital planning and budgeting processes.
- Train staff on asset management procedures and tools.
