Responsibilities

  • Perform telephone support as scheduled, ensuring customer questions are answered professionally and research/follow-up commitments are honored.
  • Manage email and chat support queues, addressing all customer issues and accurately logging resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Continuously improve cognitive and customer service skills, including product proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attend all training classes and complete assigned exercises.
  • Provide feedback on support trends and resolutions to management.
  • Offer procedural advice and assistance to coworkers.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with support clients and adhere to contact center policies.
