Responsibilities
- Perform telephone support as scheduled, ensuring professional and responsive resolution of customer issues.
- Manage email and chat support queues, ensuring all customer queries are addressed.
- Log all contact details, information, and resolutions accurately in the appropriate ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain proficiency with supported products and service standards.
- Communicate trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement to immediate supervisors.
- Provide procedural advice and support to fellow team members.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients while adhering to internal policies.
