Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of progressive operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment leadership experience.
- Experience managing contract manufacturing partners and suppliers.
- Proven experience in the medical device industry or highly regulated sectors like pharma, biotech, or aerospace.
- Experience managing global supply chains, international logistics, and inventory planning functions.
- Experience overseeing third-party logistics providers, distribution partners, and transportation networks.
- Experience supporting import/export compliance programs and international trade operations.
- Experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, or integrated business planning.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, operational reporting, and supply chain planning tools.
- APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the organization's supply planning process to ensure product availability and optimize inventory investment.
- Provide strategic oversight of domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation and third-party logistics providers.
- Serve as the operational lead for import/export compliance activities supporting global distribution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes, systems, and workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics personnel.
