Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting integrations for core Workday Financials, Prism, and Accounting Center.
- Mastery of XSLT and experience with XSL 3.0.
- Familiarity with EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, RaaS calls, and Studio Integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday data object model and business processes.
- Experience with Workday payment networks, settlement, customer management, general ledger, and bank account routing.
- Knowledge of when to use Workday Orchestrate vs Workday Studio.
- Firm grasp of Workday security setups (User-based security, security domains, integration system security).
- Solid knowledge of server authentication and protocol negotiation.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build Workday Studio Integrations from scratch, unassisted, in novel situations.
- Utilize Workday Web services to inbound complex data into Workday systems, applying deep experience with SOAP XML & REST APIs.
- Gather requirements, spec projects, lead meetings with internal and external teams, update shareholders, and build integrations.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to translate functional requirements from accountants and financial analysts into actionable design.
- Build calculated fields, custom reports, and matrix reports.
- Develop BIRT forms and deploy them to the Workday UI or embed them within Studio assemblies.
- Identify use cases for Workday Prism and build solutions from scratch.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Workday integrations.
