Requirements
- Academic Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing ability.
- Strong problem-solving and engineering mindset.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG).
- Proficiency in basic programming principles.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to work under demanding deadlines.
- Well-organized for both team and independent assignments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to analyze and translate business requirements into conversational designs.
- Develop hybrid conversational AI applications blending agentic and rule-based capabilities.
- Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using Omilia's Cloud Platform.
- Prepare, augment, and annotate datasets for ML and agentic training.
- Code application logic using JavaScript and integrate with external systems via REST APIs.
- Execute unit, regression, and model performance testing.
- Analyze human-system dialogs to identify and implement system performance improvements.
- Provide technical consultation to partners and customers during day-2 operations.
