Requirements
- Academic Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
- Proficiency in basic programming principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in or familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG).
- Ability to work effectively in both team and solo assignments.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Accountable and organized under demanding deadlines.
- Experience with Javascript and/or object-oriented programming (e.g., Java) (nice to have).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to analyze and define business requirements.
- Design conversational applications based on usability and business needs.
- Develop hybrid applications blending agentic and rule-based AI capabilities.
- Implement and test semantic models, conversation flows, and RAG configurations.
- Prepare, augment, and annotate datasets for model and agent training.
- Code application logic using JavaScript and integrate with external REST web services.
- Execute unit, regression, and model testing to ensure system performance.
- Analyze human-system dialogues to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot issues and support partners/customers during day-2 operations.
