Requirements

Must hold an active Vermont license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Psychologist, Psychologist - Master, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Experience providing therapy, counseling, psychological services, or clinical social work
Comfortable providing care in a telehealth / remote setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to maintain a professional and supportive virtual therapy environment

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients located in Vermont
Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and relationship-based concerns
Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
